read today he reckons he was bombed out by harry, but wants to finish his two years left on contract getting back in first team. can he do it, and was he really that bad ? he did make a few really bad mistakes that cost us, would any of you want to see him back between the sticks or has he had his time ?

Yeah Alnwick signed for Barnsley a few weeks ago. A £900,000 misfit although when we signed him, he was England under 21 keeper.
Much prefer Friedel to Gomes, because as you guys have said the defence is so much more confident in him. Gomes had some good games but will always be liable to absolute howlers.
