I read this Baz. imo a bargain as I think he still has so much more to offer, like a couple of hatricks against the gooners. I also read that Dos Santos said he will stay and fight for a place in the first team if there is no other option, good news to me as I think as a youngster he will come on in leaps and bounds under AVB given the chance, and I think he will get more of a chance than he did with Harry.

Good point about Gio. I think he may get a look in with AVB.I think he may fit the Mould, young quick versatile.

The squad needs triming especially if we are going to bring in others so please don't tell me Bentley is staying he hasn't been able to keep a regular place in the teams he's been on loan to.

The guy lost it a couple of seasons ago and it ain't likely to come back. Most people have a soft spot for him because of his goal against the gooners but it's not enough.

Problem is we can't give him away. Fulham want him I hear but for no money. Personally I would let him go, I can't see where he would fit in to our plans.

but he was in the team that got 4th. he came in for last dozen games. none of us are saying he should be in the team but when lennon gets injuird we need like for like. not putting players out of postion

as a sqaud player yes thats my point bentley ok to fill in for lennon when he has to. unlike last season when we kept trying differnt players on the right.

well i say try but we put vdv there and most of the time we looked unbalanced
