yea i brought a top from the market and its large wich normally fit ok and its so tight i cant wear it. i like things to be baggy. i thought i was losing weight but the scales say differnt. the bad thing is next week weatherspoons start there xmas dinners £6.99 well nice so i doubt ill get back to 11stone anytime soon lol

ive not been 11 stone since is was 18 , i was 13 & half not long ago, im now 16 stone, i need to lose 3 stone seriously im starting to look like a fat bas*ard lol

well im 13stone now but im a short ass lol i think im 5ft 6 so im def overwieight. 13stone dont sound to bad for a guy hittin 34 soon but i def have a beer belly even though i dont drink beer and this year i cut down drinking. not that i was a big drinker before

11 stone jeez, im 15 stone and showing no signs of losing any, im fairly tall so i carry it well, i dieted not to long ago, i starved my self for a week excersized and come the end of the week i had lost 3 pound so that was it fcuk it. lol
