    anyone else think we should re enter the reserve league

    i hear now sandro could be going on loan. so what if we get more injuries.

    robbie keane is going bentley going on loan now sandro and towsend.

    what if lennon gets injuried. we cant recall them players untill the end of the season

    I always used to think that the loan deals where a good way of giving players experience & competative match time. But if we had a reserve team they could be coached to play the same system as the 1st team and hopefully any players drafted in would know their role with-in the 1st team. Jim made a sound point in his Charlton thread along these lines. Players would know set-pieces and also have the benefit of being involved with the 1st squad in training etc. So for me I think it's worth doing next season . . . . . .

    It must cost us more to have a reserve team is all I can think. Once again money dictates and drives the club and I know it's the way it is these days but for god sakes sometimes you have to do what's right and best for the club and most importantly the supporters as they are the paying customers.

    i wish keane would feck off or go out on loan so we can bring in another striker, i always feel when we send someone out on loan its sealing there fate
