BBC say west ham have got it 2 days before the decision is supposed to be made.

    Levy say's not NPD option

Spurs back to square 1 at least 5 years from developing

In a normal organisation a head or heads would roll and roll very swiftly. If for no other reason than the £50-£70 million spent thus far on acquiring land and adjoining property for NPD, and professional fees ( and that was the total before the OS strategy really kicked off)

My instinct is, to save himself if for nothing else Levy, has spent the morning on the phone to try to resurrect NPD Wink

My guess is he's working on the cost of a rail link between the hertford east line and our new training ground. They must have looked at the profitabillity of WHL and seen the financial benifit of a move, I cant see WHL being developed now.

Building a new rail link ? 10/12 miles across North London wtf ??

For a moment you had me there Sid

I have to say the Chigwell site could be a good option, although technically speaking you would no longer be a London Club as it is in Essex. Better than Milton Keynes I suppose

Great potential communications if you could build a link off the motorway and upgrade the tube and, as you say, do something with the rail system - hell of a project !

Quite what your chances of swinging it past the locals remain to be seen Very Happy

1 Mile Nic, in fact 1.06 mile to be accurate could be less if we have a walkway under the M25. Very afordable I'd say. Specfic M25 junction. Transport sorted. I think I'l write a letter.
