Fans criticism of players is nothing new, although as you say Nic, it is probably more hysterical now. I believe thats down to the amount of TV coverage and the constant replays and showing of every little mistake, on the basis that every goal is preventable.

the amount of money these players earn and they cant play 2 games a week.
man c played on sunday then there 2 strikers played on tuesday.
surley ade could of been on the bench as pav was out.
and yes i think pav would of made a differnce last night compared to kane. pav likes to shoot. and is ok in the air and on hes day is very good.
harry got the team wrong last night. and why was charlie not taken off.

walker is def our first choich right back now
bassong charlie can go.
kane wont make it. . and all the others are so far away from first team now.

Well one thing that has changed is the hysterical demands of fans for instant gratification week after week
Thing is Nic a few years ago the same 11/15 players would play 60 odd games a season and still look good at the seasons end. The culture and money of modern football has made these honed & toned atheletes soft. The pressure was on them to win trophies but the financial rewards were not so great. Since I have followed football the fans have demanded victory and criticised the players & managers. Difference is a few years ago we done it in small pockets now we have a possible audience of millions thanks to the internet & other modern meeja outlets . . . .

if anything its easyer now becuase teams have bigger and better sqauds to rotate more

well thats not true. there are easy games.
a game is how hard you make it. somtimes you be 2 3 0 up and you can just breez through a game.
