We would never get him. Just me dreaming. Can't even sort out the soldado transfer cos Levy is a right got. He prob sell bale at last min and it be to late to to get any quality striker in so he can pocket the fee.

is levy at spurs for life or what? genuine question because who does he answer to. surely everyone can see we need a striker and needed a striker in January but failed to get one. how many times is he allowed to hold us back before questions are asked of him. champions league was there on a plate for us last season but no he failed to land us a striker to get us it, which may now cost us bale.

klinsmann was no angel before he came spurs. then he changed. he became one of the nice guys

You can't compare Klinsmann with Suarez. Klinsman was known as a bit of a diver but overall he was a gentleman and a legend at Spurs.

Suarez is an animal and doesn't give two f*cks who or what he does. We already have one mercenary in Adeithinkitsallajoke we don't need another.

Rumors are spreading like wildfire tonight on the internet that the reports from the Spanish media are that Daniel Levy has agreed to meet Valencia’s valuation but maybe with the last few million dependant on a few things like appearances and goals.

Tottenham Hotspur have agreed a £26million deal with Valencia to sign Roberto Soldado, according to a report in Spain.
Soldado still has to agree personal terms and undergo a medical, but the outlook appears very positive that Tottenham have finally secured a deal to sign their elusive striker. The newspaper reports that Tottenham Hotspur Technical Director Franco Baldini said that the club will pay the £26million release clause in a series of installments.

Soldado due in London tomorrow for a medial, fingers crossed! Now lets secure Bale, because thats 3 quality signings we've made this window, and early signings for once.

The transfer fee is €30million, which consists of an upfront payment of €12million, followed by three sets of €6million over the next few years.

this is a well made deal  not a massive chunk of money upfront like paulinho.
but will limit us in future windows a bit .

I agree so far compared to most teams our pre season has been a real mishmash. We have just the one game left and if we don't put out our best side we could be struggling for the first few games as plaers settle in.

I don't know what the management have been playing at in the last few weeks. Well I suppose I do really. It's the Bale problem. Just like when the Berbatov situation took over.

Thank God the Soldado transfer is done and dusted. The only problem is, with Bale leaving for Real, and it looks as though Defoe could be on his way to WBA, and we seem to be trying to offload Ade and Dempsey going to America, will Soldado be the only proven striker we have or is there anyone else on the radar?. I know the players I mentioned did not contribute much to our goals tally, but surely we can't let them all leave and just bring in Soldado and hope he is the answer to our prayers, what if he gets injured, where will the goals come from then?.
