what a good result today. now this game is massive
vdv likes playing aganst villa plus they have a striker crises

same team for me. parker on the bench.

give everything here and would be great to get a few goals so we overturn the goal differnce

Former Manchester United and Aston Villa manager Ron Atkinson on BBC Radio 5 live:"Villa
won't go down, but I think they'll get beat today. At the moment,
unless they take a hiding today, I think they're in a good enough
    position now to stay up.

"I like Big Al but he's been swimming upstream there. I don't
think his job is safe even if they stay up. McLeish has won the only
major trophy in the Midlands in the decade. I think he's a good manager,
but he's had no investment. This is the worst Villa squad I can
remember in the Premier League. He's bereft of players."

BBC Sport reporter Pat Murphy at Villa Park for BBC Radio 5 live:
"I think Alex McLeish is on thin ice at the moment. There are protests
planned for outside the ground today. A group of Villa supporters have
taken out an advert in the local newspaper saying 'We Told You So'. The
crowd will be very interesting today. On balance I think he's
struggling. I think they'll survive because of the inadequacies of
others. But that's not the issue - Villa should not be down there."

of course they will end up puttin 10 men behind the ball
but they havent yet and seem to break through our team with ease
