Well, he hasn't started very well. His decisions tonight were awful. Should have kept AVB.

Have to say the fact that Les Ferdinand has been our striker coach for as long as we've had goal scoring problems says a lot for me.
As for Sherwood just seems to me like a snivelling little kid running off to tell Levy stuff behind AVB's back. Regardless of whether I thought AVB had to go I don't like Sherwood at all.
Look I understand Adeboyer was knackered Wednesday Night but he should have put Soldado on and kept the same tactics. Instead you try to defend a lead with only one recognised CB playing idiot.

I agree with the Soldado comment Jim. I thought exactly the same myself.

Tim Sherwood: New Spurs boss says knowledge of club is key

Tim Sherwood says he hopes his in-depth knowledge of Tottenham will make him a success as the club's new manager.

"I've known it from the grassroots right up to the first team, worked at every level of the football club and played here, so I know it better than most," said the 44-year-old.

"Hopefully that will stand me in good stead taking this club forward."

The former Spurs midfielder was given the job on a 18-month contract after the sacking of Andre Villas-Boas.

Sherwood said it was a "proud moment" to be named manager, adding: "If you cut me in half, I bleed the colour of the club.

Yes Baz we were and it does. All the "out" mob have their wish and now they have Shitwood. Not me though. I nail my colours to the mast now. I am anti-Shitwood and will remain so until he is removed from a post he should never, ever been allowed to hold . . . . . .

Sherwood was probably the cheapest option LR. I'd have given it to Hoddle for the remainder of the season. Levy can hardly sack Sherwood so early...................Can he? Hahahahahaha.

    Breaking News.
Tim Sherwood to be tested for Vapirism since quoting that should you cut him he bleeds the colour of Spurs. The eminent vampirist Prof. Van Helsing pointed out that Spurs play in WHITE . . . . .

(fucker is gonna bleed our club dry)

What I can't understand is Levy giving him a 18month contract. A guy with no track record at mangement. It's levy fucking up again. The man has no idea what the club needs, he didn't when we desperatly needed a striker which would have given us CL and he sanctioned the buying of 8 players when we only wanted 3 class players.

I doubt very much that Sherwood is going to make it, I hope he does but the club could drift back to middle table mediocrity with all the good players leaving in the summer.

There are so many teams at the moment that are so far ahead of us. I'm watching the liverpool game at the moment and they started from scratch almost when Rodgers joined them and the've shot straight past us. Look at Newcastle nearly relegated a year ago now challenging for top 4.

for 4 seasons we have been top 4 material even made it one year and made the quarter finals. But instead of pushing on we have been fucked about by our Chairman and while his appointed managers have been sacked and he dithered in the transfer market he gets away scott free.

If this season fades away then he should resign because it can only be his doing.

We should have had a really stable side for the last 2 years now instead we are still wondering what's going to happen next.

I think Levy has a lot of questions to answer TBH but I doubt he will. He is a dictator.

Hardly an exodus, one player asking for a loan move? He has hardly done anything worth while anyway. On the plus side Sandro and Eriksen have come out and said they are staying.
