Robbie reckons he is a spurs player and says he has got his appetite back for the game................so what do you lot reckon? yea or nay.....should he be sold or retained as a spurs striker.

Personally i think we may have seen the best of robbie as a spurs player, he has done well for us in the past but i think we have to look to securing a more prolific goal poacher than robbie.

He's gonna be sold with Jenas according to the Mirror this morning. Good riddance I say. His new boyhood club Aston Villa are interested in taking him.

When Keane is "on" his game he is a fine thinking footballer. I think we saw the best of him when he was partnered with Berbastrop. Is he back to his best & has his hunger returned ? Only game time would show that. I think it would be in the clubs best intrests to listen to offers for him and for 'arry to find a new, 20-30 a season, striker. However if no decent offers come-in he would be an option from the bench if his game is back. Dunno if he would accept that sort of role tho' ! I feel that his time with the club is possibly at an end. We mustn't forget tho' that he has been a fine servent for the club, and although the Liverpool episode still rankles with many I would say thanx Robbie and good luck for the future . . . . . .

Is he still captain? cos if he comes back as that, can Harry not playing. Its one thing banging in goals against the likes of Motherwell and then doing it in the prem.

He won't be mate, if he is still in the pecking order then it is behind King and Dawson.

TBH I cannot see him staying as Harry has made it patently obvious that he doesn't figure in the plans. Of course he'll WANT to stay because it's probably his last serious shy at CL Football, unless Celtic end up buying him.

Its one thing banging in goals against the likes of Motherwell and then doing it in the prem.

But we do know that he can do it in the Prem mate. Too many get fixated on the success of his partnership with Berbatov, he was a successful striker before that and proved his credentials regularly in the Prem. If he has found his hunger for goals again then it can only be a positive for us.
