By the standards of even
the most impartial observer the rat faced, Alice banded Bulgarian
he-bitch has been a failure at Old Trafford.
Any settling in period was done, bought and paid for during his
tenure at Tottenham. Since being smuggled beneath a blanket by the
functional social drinker that is Sir Alex of Ferguson, he has royally
failed to become the Manchester United poster boy many (well, primarily
him) saw him as.
Word is that £18 Million will secure his services. A damaged goods
discount, if you like.
Me? I’d take the magic he gave in a Lilywhite shirt back in a
heartbeat. But the man? He … can do one.
His attitude prior to leaving was worse than abysmal and these days
the look on the sallow faced ponce never ceases to make me smile. He
thought he was better, he was wrong. And nobody loves him.
Take him for £18 million? I’d take him out the back and put two in
his oily head for free.

£18million???
Forget that price tag.
Fergie made his bed, he has to lie in it.
I would only take him back for the price we signed him for originally
(£10.9million), PLUS he has to make a public apology to Spurs for
getting ahead of himself when it came to playing for United.

I guess when a club sells the strikers Klinsmann, Sheringham,
Keane, Defoe, Crouch and then welcomes them all back – you open yourself
for suggestions for others to come back – Rebrov? Postiga? Rasiak?

The good thing about taking back ex-heroes who have since
flopped is that it will be a darn sight harder to turn his head next
time. This means he’ll stay, play, and this time without the constant
media attention that players in form at Spurs seem to generate.
I’d take him back in a second

He is past his sell-by date. His previously successful
partnership with Keane cannot be recreated, he is older and not wiser,
and he has FAILED at the level we now aspire to. Not worth £10M to us
now …..

The bad thing about ex-players is that they normally are not
the same the second time around. Klinsmann, Sheringham, Keane,
Chimbonda. It won’t work again. Academic as 18m is too much, and he
would cost more like 22m anyway. No need to talk more about it.
