BTW, anyone see Woody at the end with 'The Dog'? Reckon he'd have chewed the shaggy twat up and blown him out as bubbles.

But the inconsistency of refs is blinding. Diaby got sent off against Newcastle the other day for no worse than that, yet because he (Gattuso) didn't get sent off Uefa can take further action and dish out a longer ban.
I won't be sticking up for Flamini either, except that he had the balls to come to the dressing room and apologise.

However this is Italy and the notion of the Milan police charging Gattuso is laughable
Btw absolutely nothing to do with FIFA

Re: Gattuso v Joe
Let's keep this in perspective here chaps, Younes Kaboul did very similar and got a 3 match ban. Gattuso is an idiot but it's not like he broke Jordans jaw or anything.
The yellow keeps him out of the tie with us, what happens to him beyond that I really couldn't give a toss about in all honesty.

Without a doubt Max. He's a thug of the highest order and shouldn't get away with it.
The one I want to see really punished, though, is Flamini. He went with the intention of causing damage to Charlie. Two feet, studs up and a over the top of the ball, he was out to cripple. Even the 'meeja' were saying that he must have stored up all the hatred, from his time with the goons, and unleashed it in that one moment.
I'm a great believer in the punishment fitting the crime and look forward to seeing the filthy b*stard hobbled, a la Kathy Bates in Misery.
