Oh well, looks like Bellamy has been sacked. Mancini was just on BBC news saying that Bellamy has been told to find another club. That being so I would guess Mancini can't tell him he can't come to Spurs. Now we'll see if Harry was serious about bringing him in. What happens about a fee? I take he is a free agent.

He aint a free agent baz, he is still under contract..............so city will still decide who he goes to....probably fulham who arent a danger to them

Surely they can't tell him where to go and they can't stop him playing it would be "Restraint of trade" and you can't stop a person from earning a living.
Plus the fact that Bellamy is such a mouthy and volatile person that he wouldn't be told where he is going.
But his wages could be a stumbling block for most clubs.
